WhatsApp has introduced two new updates for Windows Phone in the last two weeks. This includes the multimedia file transfer and the voice-calling feature for selective Windows Phone units. 

You need to note down that the voice calling feature for Windows Phone and will only be available on its 2.12.40 version. As reported earlier, the members of ‘WhatsApp Beta Program’ can only download this version.

A report by Tech Mesto stated that Windows users can email WhatsApp on support@whatsapp.com to be a part of the ‘WhatsApp Beta Program’. On receiving an approval from WhatsApp, it will send you a link which will help you to download the latest beta version for Windows Phones.
