HTC One ME with Helio X10 Octacore processor now in India
HTC launched the One ME powered by MediaTek’s Helio X10 Soc priced at Rs 40,500
It’s raining smartphones this year and we in India are witness to numerous smartphones, ranging from budget to mainstream and high-end handsets. This time it is HTC, which announced the launch of another high-end handset, albeit a dual SIM with a MediaTek powerhouse.
HTC announced the HTC One ME in China last month and has finally released the same handset in India for a whopping Rs 40,500. The HTC One ME is a dual SIM 4G-enabled Android handset, powered by a MEdiaTek Helio X10 chipset featuring a 2.2GHz 64-bit octa-core processor and 3GB of RAM. The Android Lollipop loaded handset will also feature a 5.2-inch quad-HD display (1440x2560 pixels), a 20MP rear camera, a 4MP Ultra-pixel front-facing camera and Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac connectivity.
The handset will be shipped with 32GB of onboard storage and a micro SD slot will support up to 2TB of micro SDXC cards for additional storage expansion options. Other connectivity options include NFC, Bluetooth 4.1, DLNA, CIR, and USB OTG. The HTC One ME will also sport the HTC BoomSound audio speakers with Dolby Audio front-facing
Measuring around 9.75mm in thickness and weighing in at 155 grams, the HTC One ME will be fuelled by a 2840mAh battery and sold in Meteor Grey, Gold Sepia, and Rose Gold colours.
