Refrain from abuse, Mushfiqur Rahim implores fans
No Bangladeshi is now allowed to post or even browse the Narail Express’ Facebook page
Bangladesh wicketkeeper batsman Mushfiqur Rahim has termed the Bangladesh Cricket fans as “one of the most passionate cricket fans in the world” and urges them to “refrain from posting any abusive comments on social network”, according to a report in Star Online.
Rahim’s call came hours after Bangladesh ODI skipper Mashrafe Mortaza put “country restriction” on his official Facebook page, protesting abusive comments on a photo of Bangladesh middle order batsman Nasir Hossain and his sister.
As a result, no Bangladeshi is now allowed to post or even browse the Narail Express’ Facebook page.
In a post on his official Facebook page last night, Bangladesh Test captain Mushfiq said,
