Wimbledon 2015: 5 facts to know before start of Day Four

London: Five facts on the fourth day of Wimbledon at the All England Club on Thursday.

• Three of the four British men who progressed to the second round are in action – Aljaz Bedene, Andy Murray and James Ward. The last time multiple British men reached the third round was in 2002 (Tim Henman, Greg Rusedski). The last time as many as three British men reached the third round was in 1999 (Henman, Rusedski, Danny Sapsford).

• Three of the four former Wimbledon boys' champions to reach the 2nd round – Roger Federer, Nicolas Mahut and Gael Monfils – are in action.

• Federer continues his 17th Wimbledon campaign with a clash against Sam Querrey. Querrey will need to record his first top 10 win at a Grand Slam in nine attempts if he is to upset Federer, who has lost before the third round only once in his last 48 Grand Slam appearances – to Sergiy Stakhosvky in the Wimbledon second round in 2013.

• 2013 Wimbledon champion Andy Murray will hope to maintain his record of always reaching the third round at Wimbledon when he takes on Dutch world number 78 Robin Haase. Murray has only lost to a player ranked as low as Haase at a Grand Slam once before - when he fell to number 91 Arnaud Clement at the 2005 US Open.

• Germany's Dustin Brown is one of only eight players to have a 100% win-loss record against Rafael Nadal ahead of their Wednesday meeting. Brown beat the two-time Wimbledon champion in the quarter-finals of the Halle grasscourt tournament last year.
