First look: Go back in time with Ranveer, Deepika and Priyanka in 'Bajirao Mastani'

Mumbai: Brace yourselves! It’s almost here. Just a day prior to the release of the highly anticipated trailer of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Bajirao Mastani’, the makers have released the first looks of Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra.

The film revolves around the Maratha Peshwa Bajirao and his second wife Mastani, essayed by Ranveer’s real life lady love Deepika. The film also stars Priyanka Chopra who plays Kashibhai, Bajirao’s first wife.

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali tried his best to keep the film’s shoot under wraps however pictures from the sets made their way on the internet. The team was racing against time trying to complete the shooting schedule in time for a December release.

Despite a number of snags including Ranveer Singh’s shoulder injury, the team managed to wrap things up in time for its release on December 18. It will clash at the box office with Shah Rukh Khan’s family entertainer ‘Dilwale’.

The trailer of ‘Bajirao Mastani’ will release on digital platforms on July 16, and will also be attached with Salman Khan’s Eid release ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.
