Porn clip case: Actor Sai Ballal to appear in Mumbai court
Ballal has been accused of harassing and sending pornographic clips to co-star
Mumbai: Udaan actor, Sai Vitthal Ballal, who was yesterday arrested by Borivali police for allegedly sending porn clips to a lady, will be produced in a Mumbai court today. The police have booked Ballal and two others- Abhishek Agarwal and Bharat Choksi, under sections 354 (A) (D) and 109 of the Indian Penal Code. The police have also pressed charges under the Information Technology Act against the trio.
According to reports, the complainant lady has alleged that that TV actor sent her objectionable clips and messages. In her complaint, she mentioned that Ballal had started harassing her in April. He contacted her and started sending her obscene videos including a few pornographic clips. Despite several warning, Ballal didn't back out.
Abhishek Agarwal and Bharat Choksi, are yet to be arrested. The police are suspecting the other two men of assisting Ballal in his acts. When the woman could not handle the situation by herself, she approached the Cine and TV Artistes Association but was told it was a criminal case and that she should go to the police.
