KhammamLeader of Opposition in Legislative Assembly K. Jana Reddy said that the TRS government only fulfilled a couple of election promises and failed to implement others. He said that condition of farmers in Telangana was at risk and that the government should issue GO on the second phase of loan waiver scheme. He said that farmers were not getting fresh loans on account of outstanding loans.

“They should be relieved from their debts immediately,” he said and added that they would agitate for the implementation of second phase of loan waiver. Referring to Telangana movement, he said that Congress stood in the forefront in achieving a separate statehood for Telangana.

“However, the Congress was voted out by people and Chandrasekhar Rao came to power by making tall promises,” he said, adding that the people of the state have started understanding the Chief Minister's style of working. Later, Mr Reddy visited Bhadrachalam to take a holy dip.
