‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ profits to go to farmers
The actor has decided to help the farmers in need for money
Mumbai: ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ has reached a milestone of Rs 150 crore in a matter of 5 days. The Salman Khan starrer film directed by Kabir Khan is still going strong at the theaters. According to reports, the producers of the film have decided to give some profits of the film to farmers.
Farmers are going through very difficult times with many committing suicide. Reportedly, BJP leader Shaina NC revealed the plans of the producers of the film. She said that both Salman and Rockline Venkatesh wish to donate money for the welfare of the farmers.
This decision by the producers will come as a big relief to the farmers. However, Salman Khan has not giving any official statement regarding this.
'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' released on July 17 with packed theaters all over the country. The film is likely to touch Rs 200 cr by the end of this week.
