MLA Raja Singh Lodh alleges defamation

Hyderabad: Goshamahal legislator T. Raja Singh Lodh filed a complaint with the CCS police station alleging that a person was defaming him by posting abusive posts on Facebook.

Mr Raja Singh in his complaint said that Mohammed Aslam Khan posted the messages on social networking site.

“Without verifying facts, they are posting messages damaging me and my family reputation,” Raja Singh said in his complaint.

He mentioned a post that reads, “Raja Singh’s niece seems to have converted into Islam and married a Muslim guy.” It was followed by another post, “Raja Singh got an answer from God”.

He also alleged that the said person and the gazette is posting wrong information on the social media and hurting sentiments of the people
