CBI files 7 more FIRs in Vyapam

FIRs have been registered against 27 accused for their involvement in alleged irregularities

New Delhi: Seven more FIRs against at least 77 accused were registered on Thursday by the CBI to probe the alleged irregularities in recruitment tests done by Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) or ‘Vyapam’.

Three FIRs have been registered against 27 accused for their involvement in alleged irregularities in Police Constable Recruitment Test conducted by MPPEB in 2012, 2013 and 2014, respectively.

The fourth case has been filed against 12 accused persons on the allegations of cheating by impersonation in Jail Prahari Recruitment Test 2012, conducted by Vyapam.
