New Delhi: A death threat was made against Justice Dipak Misra, one of the three Supreme Court judges who rejected the final plea against Yakub Memon’s hanging, after which his security was intensified.
Soon after Justice Misra’s PSO found an anonymous threat letter near the back entrance of his residence, the police was informed and special commissioner (law and order) Deepak Mishra rushed there to conduct an audit and ensure foolproof security.
A case was registered at the Tughlaq Road police station. Ruling out a prank, cops said the threat seems to be of “a grave nature”
