Veteran villain-turned-hero Mansoor Ali Khan’s upcoming movie Adhiradi was in the news recently when the actor shot its final portions without hiring technicians from FEFSI after getting a favourable verdict from the court. He then formed a new union called Tamil Nadu Organised Film Creators Incorporation of India (TOFCI) and with their help he completed this long pending project. Bengali actress Soumita Choudhry will be seen romancing the actor who has also taken the onus of story, screenplay and dialogues besides music.

While Mansoor plays a silambam master who teaches the nearly-extinct forms like kalari and maan kombu free of cost to students. In the evening he becomes a saviour who cleans up society by preventing people from drinking at TASMAC shops. Mansoor has reportedly said that now, when there is a furore to close TASMAC shops in the state, his film will reiterate the message in an effective way.
