Hillary Clinton is one email away from prison: Bobby Jindal

Washington: Indian-origin Republican presidential aspirant Bobby Jindal on tuesday attacked Hillary Clinton, saying the Democratic frontrunner is just a single email away from prison after she signed a sworn declaration that she has turned in all of her government emails.
"Hillary Clinton is already under investigation by the FBI. Now she's signed a sworn affidavit to a federal judge, under penalty of perjury, that she has handed over all of her government business emails," Mr Jindal said on his campaign trail in Iowa.
"Which means that she's one email away from prison time. She'd better pray the Chinese government doesn't do a document dump. Maybe her friend Martha Stewart can stop giving her interior decorating advice and give her jailhouse survival tips instead. Orange really will be the new black," Mr Jindal said.
Mr Jindal, the first Indian American to run for US presidential elections is ranked poorly among the 17 Republican candidates.
New York-based real estate tycoon Donald Trump is currently leading the race, followed by Jeb Bush, the former Florida governor.
At another campaign event in Iowa, Jindal warned that if Ms Clinton is elected, which he called the re-election of President Barack Obama, "this country is done. We will be the next Greece and nobody will be able to rescue us".
"Our best days still ahead. This is still the greatest country," Mr Jindal said.
"It's up to us to make sure it remains that way. We can, we must, we will get our country back," he said.
Ms Clinton's use of her private email account linked to a server in her New York home for her work as America's top diplomat came to light in March and drew fire from political opponents who accused her of sidestepping transparency and record-keeping laws.
