We have witnessed films where a few scenes have been shot in a moving train. This film titled Chikkikku Chikkikichu (CC) is being shot completely in a moving train, for the first time, as the story happens over the course of a single night in the train, which commutes from Chennai to Nagerkovil.

A romantic genre, Mithun of Chennayil Oru Naal and Mrudhula from Mollywood, play the leads. Talking about the film, debut director Rajeshkumar says, “You would have seen action blocks or song sequences on a moving train. But my script is woven in such a way that it unfolds entirely inside a train. It was not an easy task to shoot inside a train. My cinematographer NS Rajeshkumar had a tough time, but the output is awesome. It will be a new experience for audience.”

He adds, “While Mithun essays the role of Chidambara Krishnan, his friends call him ‘Chikki’ and hence the title Chikkikku Chikkikichu. Suresh of Studio 9 is presenting the movie.”
