Big plans for Chiranjeevi’s 60th birthday

Chiranjeevi’s 60th birthday is on August 22 and his team is planning a big event for the day. According to a source, they will invite celebrities not only from Tollywood, but from all over the country. The megastar’s fans are arranging a big cake cutting function at the stroke of midnight when he will also release the teaser of his son Ram Charan’s untitled film. 

 

“They have booked two to three venues for the event and they may confirm one venue on Thursday. This is his 60th birthday and his team wants to make it a memorable one,” says the source. His family may be present on the occasion too. Pawan Kalyan, who is busy shooting for Sardar Gabbar Singh has not confirmed his presence.

 

Meanwhile, it is being rumoured that Chiru’s 150th film, with Puri Jagannath, has been put on the backburner. “The actor mentioned in some interviews that he didn’t like the second half and is thus searching for new scripts,” added a source.
