Gaming gang arrested, cops seize cash, 8 mobile phones in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: A gaming gang was arrested by Kushaiguda police. The police arrested eight members of the gang and seized Rs 41,280, eight mobile phones and two motorcycles.

Police said the accused are residents of Kushaiguda and surrounding areas. Based on a tip off the police raided a shed and nabbed them on Saturday night.

“They were playing cards in a shed beside the Lakshmamma Garden Function Hall in Kushaiguda,” said inspector N. Venkat Ramana. Police seized the material and registered a case of gambling under Section 3 & 4 of the AP Gaming act.
