New Delhi: In what is bound to embarrass the Modi government over the “One-Rank-One-Pension” scheme for ex-servicemen, the daughter of Gen. V.K. Singh (Retd), former Army Chief, joined the ex-servicemen’s protest at Delhi’s on Sunday.
