Dhanush, Lakshmi Menon to team up?

Initial reports said that Vidya Balan was likely be a part of Durai Senthilkumar’s next film featuring Dhanush in the lead role. However, the actress couldn’t take it up due to other commitments. We now hear that Lakshmi Menon has been approached for the role opposite Dhanush, though this news has not been confirmed.
The Kumki actress however is currently busy playing Ajith’s sister in Thala 56 directed by Siruthai Siva. There were rumours that she was supposed to be a part of Vetrimaaran’s ambitious project Vada Chennai. Only time can tell if Lakshmi will pair up with the Maari star!
