Salman, Rishi, Shahid, Varun celebrate Rakshabandhan
Mumbai: Raksha Bandhan celebrates the never dying and eternal bond of a sister and a brother that is nurtured right since childhood. Akshay Kumar recently uploaded a video pulling off a crazy skit with his sister Alka and Bollywood celebrities celebrated the festival of rakhi with full gusto. The 'khandaan' of Bollywood gathered to celebrate the occasion. Arpita Khan Sharma tied rakhi to her two brothers - Salman Khan and Sohail Khan and posted a series of pictures accompanied by sweet messages. The only person missing from the celebrations was the third Khan brother, Arbaaz Khan.
Shahid Kapoor celebrated the festival with his sister Sanah Kapoor in Mumbai. He posted an adorable picture of the two siblings on social networking site. The two will be seen in upcoming film 'Shandaar' directed by Vikas Bahl. Sanah will be essaying the role of Alia Bhatt's sister in the film which revolves around a destination wedding.
The Kapoor are known to celebrate all festivals with elan and this one was no different. Rishi Kapoor and brother Randhir spent the day with sisters Reema Kapoor and Ritu Nanda. Rishi posted a picture and captioned it as, "Raksha Bandhan happened with all family."
Varun Dhawan who is busy shooting for Rohit Shetty's 'Dilwale' in Iceland, flew down to Mumbai to celebrate Rakshabandhan. He attended a family luncheon which was also attended by Manish Malhotra. The designer posted few pictures where Varun is surrounded by excited young fans waiting for an autograph by him.
