Mumbai: ‘Idhu Namma Aalu’, starring Simbu and Nayanthara, landed into a fresh controversy recently when T Rajender complained that Nayanthara has not given dates for a song. Apparently, she demanded her balance payment as well.

According to reports, Simbu has lodged a complaint against the actress in Tamil Film Producers Council and South Indian Film Artists Association.

Apparently, Simbu and Rajender wanted a kuthi song to be shot on the lines of ‘Yammadi Aathadi’ and they wanted the entire cast to be featured in it. It is believed that in the past, Nayanthara has already given dates eight times for the shoot. However, they were cancelled each time as the song was not ready.

While some say that the actress has demanded Rs 50 lakhs as she has not been given any remuneration so far, others say that she is busy working on numerous films and she doesn't have any dates. Instead, she has said that she doesn't even want the money, but wants the film to be released soon as she believes in the story.
