James Bond actor Daniel Craig, who will be playing the fictional English spy for the fourth time in the upcoming film Spectre, has said that his portrayal of Bond hasn’t been as “misogynist” as his predecessors. “Hopefully my Bond is not as sexist and misogynistic...
The world has changed,” Daniel told Esquire, “I am certainly not that person. But he is, and so what does that mean? It means you cast great actresses and make the parts as good as you can for the women in the movies,” adding that there’s a “great sadness” about Bond. “He’s got these beautiful women but then they leave,” he said.
