The bench asked the counsel to identify an institution which is likely to conduct the auction
Hyderabad: Making it clear that it will supervise the auction of properties of Agrigold, the Hyderabad High Court on Thursday directed the company to identify an institution which is an expert in conducting auction and ensure that the representative of that institution is present before the court on the next date of hearing.
A division bench comprising acting CJ Dilip B. Bhosale and Justice S.V. Bhatt was dealing with a PIL by the Telangana Agrigold Customers and Agents Welfare Association, represented by its president A. Ramesh Babu of the city, seeking a direction to handover the case to the CBI or the ED.
While adjourning the case to September 14, the bench asked the counsel to identify an institution which is likely to conduct the auction.
