Telangana artiste dies in accident

Hyderabad: An employee of the Telangana Samskruthika Sarathi died when an unidentified vehicle hit his two-wheeler near Yadgarpalli on Sunday night.

Police said K. Beeraiah was travelling to Chengicherla to meet his relatives. Beeraiah, 38, a native of Sheripally in Wargal mandal of Medak district, had participated in the TS movement. He had been appointed to TS Samskruthika Sarathi last year.

“The vehicle hit him at around 11.30 pm when he reached Yadgarpalli and was riding towards Keesara,” said Keesara SI J. Venkat Reddy. He died on the spot.
