YSRC: Chandrababu Babu only lays stones

Hyderabad: The YSR Congress taunted Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for claiming credit for the Thotapalli reservoir project, which he inaugurated on Thursday.

YSRC spokesperson Ambati Rambabu said Mr Naidu had a history of laying foundation stones but not completing the projects.

He said the Thotapalli project received a fillip during the tenure of the late Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy and Mr Naidu has been claiming credit for projects where his contribution was meagre.

“His party has been boasting of inter-linking of rivers, but it has been inter-linking of funds from the state exchequer to his favoured few,” Mr Rambabu said.
