Mumbai: Anurag Kashyap is working on his next project which is based on the serial killer of the 60s Raman Raghav. According to reports, the director is keen to get Nawazuddin Siddhiqui on board.

The film is titled 'Raman Raghav 2.0' and apparently the character was going to be a part of 'Bombay Velvet'. It will be a small budget film and the makers intend to complete the shooting in a month's time.

Raman Raghav known as Psycho Raman, committed a spate of murder and assaults in the mid-1960s. It will require a lot of research as very little is known about his early life.

Nawazuddin, who recently tasted the success with ‘Manjhi-The Mountain Man‘, has also been approached for another biopic on the life of an award winning Michelin starred Indian chef Vikas Khanna.

The actor is currently on a short break and has traveled to his hometown Budhana, a small village in Uttar Pradesh. It was quite an emotional trip since it was his first visit back home after the passing of his father in July this year.
