Hyderabad: Telangana panchayat raj and IT minister K.T. Rama Rao on Wednesday accused AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu of trying to stall the Telangana Water Grid and irrigation projects by complaining to the Centre out of jealousy.

Defending the state government’s decision to spend Rs 30,000 crore on the Water Grid, he asserted that it would be completed in three years, adding that in the parched Mahbubnagar district, it would be completed in 24 months come what may.
