Special trains to Renigunta and Arakkonam

Chennai: One ‘Suvidha’ special train and two passenger trains will be operated between Chennai central and Thiruvananthapuram and connecting Chennai beach to Renigunta and Arakkonam to decongest the extra traffic and in view of  ‘Bhramatsovam’ at Tirupati , a Southern Railway press release said.

The Chennai-Thiruvananthapuram superfast express ‘Suvidha’ special train (Train no-00614) will leave Chennai central at 7 pm on October 1 and will reach Thiruvananthapuram at 7:30 am next day.

The Thiruvananthapuram-Chennai central special  train (Train No-00615) will depart Thiruvananthapuram at 9:30 pm on October 4 and will reach Chennai central at 10 am the next day.

Similarly in view of  ‘Brahmothsavam’  passenger special trains will be running daily starting from September 17 to 24 (Train No-05601) that departs Arakkonam at 3 pm. and reach Renigunta at 5 pm.

Also, special passenger trains will be operated from Renigunta to Chennai beach from September 17 to 24 that departs at 5:30 pm and arrives at Chennai beach at 9.30 p.m.
