Upgrading to iOS 9? You need not worry about free space anymore
The iOS will require just 1.3GB of free space for upgrading
The one most annoying thing about iOS upgrades is checking for the required storage space for the update and the amount you are left with. It’s an even tougher job for people using 16GB variants of the iPhones.
However, keeping the promise of making the upgrading process as simple and painless as possible, Apple has come up with a brilliant solution.

Instead of prompting you to clear some storage space for the upgrade, the iOS 9 will now automatically delete all your apps before the update and then reinstall them once the system has been upgraded. Of course, before deleting the apps, the iPhone and iPad users are sent a pop-up notification for approval.
Further, as compared to the whopping 4.6GB that was needed to upgrade to iOS 8, the iOS 9 requires a free space of 1.3GB only. In any case, even if your iPhone’s storage is packed to the rafters, you need not worry anymore.
