I have been requesting Krish to direct me: Ram Charan

As the special guest for the music release of his cousin Varun Tej’s film Kanche, Ram Charan said, “I have worked with top directors like Rajamouli and Vinayak and with upcoming directors like Vamsi. But I have never asked them to direct a film for me. But for the last five years I have been requesting Krish to direct a film with me in it, which he is not doing.”

The actor added that he, Krish, Rana and Prakash (Raghavendra Rao’s son), have been very good friends for a long time. “We were all good friends before we entered films. Actually Krish narrated  a story to me a few years back but only the first half. He said he would tell me the second half the next day, but after that he disappeared. We had even met at an awards function but he avoided it,” added Ram in a lighter vein.

The actor wished his brother Varun Tej, director Krish and the team all the success for the film.
