NICE verdicts: Justice Nagamohan Das to advise government

BENGALURU: Mr. Justice Nagamohan Das, former judge of the high court, has been appointed adviser by the state government on judgments passed by the HC and the Supreme Court on the NICE project.

Law minister T.B. Jayachandra, who heads the House committee to study alleged irregularities in implementation of NICE project, said Justice Das was given an office and all facilities in Bengaluru and that he would start working from September 24. He would study all judgements pertaining to NICE project and advise the panel on the future course of action.
