Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Sunday said that taking cue from the Kerala model, a special programme would be designed in the state to eradicate Illiteracy.

Addressing the audience after laying the foundation stone of Kerala Bhavan in Shaikpet, the CM said that the government would give two bedroom flats to 350 poor families. Kerala CM Oommen Chandy was also present at the meet.

“I had a great discussion with the Kerala CM on the issue of illiteracy and poverty,” said Mr Rao.
