Scarlett Johansson 'keen' to do a Bollywood film!

 

Mumbai: Bollywood actor Jackky Bhagnani, who attended the premiere of ‘He Named Me Malala’ in New York, ran into Hollywood star Scarlett Johansson on the red carpet. 

 

The actor was among a few select guests at the star-studded screening at the Ziegfeld Theater on Thursday night. Jackky, who has starred in several Bollywood flicks, walked the carpet with his friend and television personality Ashlee Wilson Hawn.

 

The actor and his friend walked the red carpet behind the stunning Hollywood star, who is best known for her role as the Black Widow, in Marvel’s ‘Avengers’. Both Jackky and Ashlee met the actress and had a short word with her before posing for a few pictures. Other than her action hero avatar, Scarlett has even lent her voice to the character of Kaa the snake in Disney's upcoming live action film ‘The Jungle Book’.

 

Jackky later took to his Instagram account to share the picture with Scarlett, that he captioned: Overjoyed to have met and interacted with #ScarlettJohansson at the #HeNamedMeMalala premiere in#NYC! By the way, she's keen on doing a#Bollywood film! Who knew?!

 

‘He Named Me Malala’ opens a facet of Malala’s life on the big screen and tells an inspiring story of how a teenage girl, who was shot in her head on her way to school in Pakistan in 2012 by Taliban, is undeterred by the threats and continues her fight for girls’ right to education. The film is set to release in India on October 2.
