Telangana Haj Committe yet to know of Hajis in Mecca

Committee had informed about the deaths of Bibi Jaan, 60, and Saba Tasleem, 65

The committee said that two Hajis, one from Telangana and another from AP, who had been missing since a day prior to the tragedy, were traced on Saturday.
Hyderabad: The Telangana State Haj Committee on Friday announced that it was yet to receive a clear picture regarding Haj pilgrims from AP and Telangana in relation to stampede near Mecca.
 
The committee said that two Hajis, one from Telangana and another from AP, who had been missing since a day prior to the tragedy, were traced on Saturday. 
 
Professor S.A. Shukoor, special officer of the Haj Committee, said that as per information received from the Consulate General of India at Jeddah and the Indian Haj Mission, the Saudi authorities were still ascertaining the identities of the deceased.
 
He added that the deaths of two women from Telangana were not reflecting in the list of 14 deceased announced by the consulate at Jeddah. He said that the Committee had informed about the deaths of Bibi Jaan, 60, and Saba Tasleem, 65.
