Shahid Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor support Priyanka Chopra's 'Quantico'

The show that has already been aired in the US, will hit Indian screens on Oct 3

Mumbai: Priyanka Chopra is riding high on the success of her debut television show ‘Quantico’. The highly anticipated crime drama series that was launched in the United States over the weekend, received a lot of appreciation from her fans and friends alike. 
 
Priyanka’s fans in India aren’t the only ones waiting patiently for the show to air on October 3. At the recent GQ awards, a number of Bollywood stars like Deepika Padukone, Rahul Bhose, Dino Morea and even former love interest Shahid Kapoor stepped up to show PeeCee their support. 

Meanwhile in New York, our Desi girl was spotted at a hotel with her ‘Gunday’ co-star Arjun Kapoor. The actor was in the US to be a part of the ‘Global Citizen Festival’ along with fellow Bollywood stars like Freida Pinto, Kajol and Nargis Fakhri. In the picture that was doing the rounds online, the two stars were all smiles as they enjoyed some time together over a few drinks. 

Also joining PC in the US was her good friend Preity Zinta. The actress later took to her Twitter handle to congratulate the star on her International debut and tweeted out a message that read: Back after seeing the first episode of #Quantico & @priyankachopra you have killed it babe So happy 4U & so proud  
 
Priyanka replied to her message saying: Thank u so much 'cherry' for coming! Lol! U made me not feel homesick for a bit!!! Loved seeing u.

 
‘Quantico’ will have Priyanka Chopra playing the leading role of Alex Parrish, an FBI trainee who is suspected of committing acts of terrorism. This show also makes Priyanka the first Indian star to bag a leding role in an international television show.
