The makers of the trilingual big-budget flick Puli is all set to hit the screens across the country in around 3000 screens. As part of the film’s different promotional activities, the makers have now come up with a unique 3D game titled ‘Epic Clash’. Sky Tou Studios, the brainchild behind the games which were developed for the movies Kaththi and Gabbar is Back, has helmed this game, which is tipped as the first ever strategy game in the history of Indian cinema.

Shivaneswaran, CEO and founder of Sky Tou Studios, says that a team of 10 started working on the game since July. He details, “Since Puli is a fantasy thriller, we had to keep in mind the expectations of audience with that regard. The project took two months of making as we never wanted to leave any stone unturned to make it a game of an international standard. So far in India, the games related to Indian films had raw action, chase, etc. We wanted this to be different in all ways and have kept 15 levels — it is a ‘strategic game’, where the characters need to think, analyse situations and act accordingly, rather than just ramdomly fight. The game is designed in such a way that it is not just for Vijay fans, but every movie buff and avid gamer too will have fun playing it.”

According to Shivaneswaran, it will take almost two weeks to complete all the levels. The makers are also planning to gift an iPhone 6 to those who finish  all the levels properly and play the game continuously for 30 days.
