Leaked: Microsoft to launch Lumia phablets with 20MP camera next month

Microsoft has been in a full spree of launching high-end Lumia handsets this year.  This tech company has scheduled an event for October 6, 2015.  Latest leaked images and specifications hint at the arrival of two new Lumia phablets next month – Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, which may run on Windows 10 operating system. 

Images of the upcoming phones have been revealed by one of the internal staff member of Microsoft on the Facebook page named - Forever Nokia Latinoamérica. Leaking out images before the official launch has resulted in pulling down the official page of Forever Nokia Latinoamérica.

According to the images posted on the Forever Nokia Latinoamérica Facebook page, Microsoft Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL will likely sport 20MP camera, offer 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage.

Windows Central reported that Lumia 950 will feature a 5.2-inch display and Lumia 950 XL is expected to comes with a 5.7-inch screen. Interestingly, these Lumia handsets will also feature Iris scanner (near infrared) for Windows Hello.

Microsoft Lumia 950 will be powered by a Snapdragon 808 chipset and Microsoft Lumia 950 XL is speculated to be equipped with Snapdragon 810. Moving on to its battery, media reports state that Microsoft Lumia 950 will be loaded with a  3000mAh battery and Microsoft Lumia 950 XL will most probably be fuelled by a 3300mAh battery.
