Mahesh Babu to adopt Siddhapuram
The decision was taken by the actor and IT minister K.T. Rama Rao ‘after much thought’

Last month, Mahesh Babu had said that he is looking forward to adopt a village in Mahabubnagar. On Monday, he announced on Twitter “After much thought @KTRTRS garu and myself have chosen to adopt Siddhapuram village of Kottur mandal in Mahabubnagar district :). Looking forward to a constructive and meaningful journey ahead :)”
Mahesh has also adopted his native village — Burripalem in Andhra Pradesh before adopting Siddhapuram in Telangana.
