Hyderabad High Court notice to Andhra Pradesh on surgery chief’s plea
The judge posted the case after three weeks

Hyderabad: Justice R. Kantha Rao of the Hyderabad High Court on Thursday issued notice to the AP government and AP special chief secretary Dr L.V. Subrahmanyam, and others in a petition filed by Dr G. Padmashree, professor in general surgery and head of the department of surgery of the Guntur Medical College.
Dr Padmashree who had moved a plea challenging the injustice caused to her in her transfer despite court orders, urged the court to direct the AP government not to allow Dr Subrahmanyam to continue as special chief secretary for medical and health department as he was facing charges in the disproportionate assets case of YSRC president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. The judge posted the case after three weeks.
