Sai Rajkumar has been approached for almost half a dozen flicks now
Sai Rajkumar who essayed one of the notable characters in the recently released national award-winning flick Kuttram Kadithal, is content that his efforts have paid off. The actor attributes the critical success of the movie to the team work of the crew and says that the influx of appreciation followed by its release was unanticipated. However, he feels that the crew was dedicated from day one to come up with a good film which creates an impact among the audience’s mind.
Rajkumar opens up, “Though the team had the inhibitions of being an independent and debutant film crew, we were confident of our working style and its outcome. In terms of my character, it was a challenging one — both physically and mentally. We had to sacrifice and compromise a lot of things during the making of the film.”
Sai Rajkumar has been approached for almost half a dozen flicks now, and the actor says he is in no hurry to take up any projects. “Having said that I might be starring in the films to be helmed by CK Surendra Thanu Murthy and Gerald Dhirav, the co-directors of Kuttram Kadithal. The talks are going on and might finalise about the project soon,” he adds.
