The stars chose the stroke of midnight to launch their number from 'Shaandaar'

Mumbai: After releasing few foot tapping numbers, the makers of 'Shaandaar' have unveiled yet another fun track- Neend Na Mujhko Aaye. The stars, who play insomniacs in the film, chose the stroke of midnight to launch the number. Alia tweeted the video saying, "A Kela a NIGHT, keeps insomnia BRIGHT and #NeendNaMujhkoAaye is OUT TONIGHT ;) @shahidkapoor." Shahid wrote, "This ones for all you night birds awake right now."
As the shoots were usually scheduled in the night, 170 cups of coffee were called on the sets of Shaandaar daily! Not just for the actors but for their teams as well as they would be up with them each night, getting them ready for the shoot.
'Shaandaar' directed by Vikas Bahl is based on a destination wedding. The film also features Pankaj Kapoor, and Sanah Kapoor and will release on October 22.
