Hewllet Packard to set up 10 centres in Andhra Pradesh

Neelam Dhawan announced that the company will set up around 10 mobile digital health centres in the state

Visakhapatnam: IT company, Hewellet Packard, managing director, Neelam Dhawan announced that the company  will set up around 10 mobile digital health centres in  the state where, doctors and healthcare will be made available using latest innovative cloud technology.


HP also plans to start future class rooms at some of the schools and also on pilot digital learning software will be installed in around 500 schools. “If given an opportunity we will extend our digital health services to every primary health centre in remote areas in the state,” she said.  


CISCO’s top executive, Dinesh Malkani, announced that their largest five kms long innovative centre where entrepreneurship is encouraged will be set up. “Connecting every citizen in the state will be critical to the success of ePragati and to achieve this goal, the AP government’s Fibre Net project is truly transformational – high-speed broadband access that will make the economy work better, drive faster job creation, and serve as a platform for business innovation and social interactions. I would like to thank the government for selecting Cisco for the project.  Cisco will set up a Centre of Excellence,” said CISCO India President, Mr Malkani.
