Patna: EC on Sunday allowed  PM to hold a rally in Kaimur on October 12.
 
The proposed rally of Prime Minister will be held as per schedule in Bhabhua, Kaimur on October 12, and the election commission on Sunday after holding meeting with officials allowed BJP to hold the rally. According to BJP leaders, they assured the commission that all required norms will be followed by the party.
 
Earlier the district magistrate and returning officer of Kaimur had denied permission for the political rally citing security threats. 
 
The entire district where Prime Minister is to hold rally is considered Naxal-infested and has been declared as ultra sensitive.
 
The BJP leaders after getting the permission on Sunday by the EC said, “we have assured the EC that all norms will be followed.”
