Hyderabad: After the collective bandh in protest of the government’s failure to announce a one-time settlement of farm loans, the Opposition parties seems to have decided to continue their follow-up agitation plans separately.

The TD-BJP combine on Monday announced that they would meet the Governor and central ministers on the issue. Telangana TD president Mr L. Ramana said, “For a major decision like a state bandh we may coordinate with each other and act collectively, but now we have decided to meet the leaders separately.”

The main Opposition, the Congress, and and Left parties, however, have not come up with any follow up plans on the issue yet. TD leaders said that the TD and BJP would stage a dharna on October 13 and 14 in front of the APCOB office in the capital.
