Talasani Srinivas Yadav kin assets to be seized

Hyderabad: A Ranga Reddy court on Tuesday issued an order to seize properties worth over Rs 2 crore belonging to the daughter and relatives of Telangana State minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav. 

 

Ms T. Swetha Yadav and her relatives had taken Rs 1 crore loan from DHFL Vysya Housing Finance Ltd, two years ago for their construction company Mye Infra Pvt Ltd and had not paid back the amount. 

 

The firm has started the process of seizing the properties. The warrant was issued by the advocate commissioner following a complaint by the firm. The order said that the mortgaged properties include those located at Chengicherla village. Villas and flats under the name of Mye Villas are also being seized.

 

Ms Swetha and her relatives remained unreachable for their comments.
