CID arrests sacked employee

He was arrested for sending obscene and threatening mails to his colleagues and their wives

HyderabadA sacked employee was arrested by Telangana CID on Wednesday in Vijayawada for sending obscene and threatening mails to his colleagues and their wives. According to CID, the person, B. Venkat Chowdary, was sacked in March 2015 from Adama India Private Limited following complaints about his quarrelsome nature. 
 
After this, he returned to his native place Vijayawada and started sending obsene mails to his colleagues through a fake ID. On the basis of a complaint filed by Adama employees on July 10, Telangana CID cyber crime cell registered a case under IT Act and collected log in details and IP addresses from Yahoo and Rediffmail to find out the origins of emails. 
With the help of information received from web portals, the CID traced the accused and he is now under judicial remand.
