Global, national realty giants eyeing Amaravati
Chennai and Hyderabad based builders also constructing residential towers

Hyderabad: Major realty giants are now heading towards Amaravati, the AP Capital. Bengaluru-based multinational NR builders is coming up with a huge residential project in Mangalgiri and the same has got environment clearance recently.
ITC has got green nod for constructing a star hotel in Vidya Nagar in Guntur city. Chennai-based JK builders and Hyderabad-based Manjeera group also constructing residential towers and projects in Tadepalli of capital.
As most of them are huge projects under B category, they are seeking environmental clearances . An official of AP CRDA said, “These are huge private projects. This will help in building social infrastructure and ecosystem for upcoming capital city.”
ITC limited is constructing a hotel in Vidyanagar Ring Road Guntur with a built up area of 22905.39 square metres. NR projects is coming up with a residential apartment contruction project at Nidamarru Road in Mangalgiri with a total built up area of 35,172.9 sq.mts.
In an area of 2.74 acres JK Builders is constructing Residential Apartments of J. K. Builders in Tadepalli Village in Guntur having total built up area of 30,040.87 sq.mts. Manjeera Towers will be constructed in Atmakuru Village, Mangalagiri Mandal.
