Aamir Khan, who will go through intense physical training for his film Dangal, has sought Mahesh Bhatt’s son Rahul Bhatt’s assistance for the process. The invitation, informs our source, went directly from Aamir to Rahul.
“Aamir has known Rahul since the time the latter used to hang around on the sets of his father’s film Dil Hai Ki Manta Nahin. Rahul has grown up to be one of the best physical trainers in the industry and hence, Aamir thought of him when he had to develop two distinct body types for his role in Dangal,” adds the source.
Rahul is now in Ludhiana and is put up at the same hotel that Aamir is staying in. The two train for about 90 minutes every day and it’s a very rigorous session.
Says the source, “The exercise involves myofibril-based strength workouts. Aamir is currently training for the look of a 45-year-old man and will later work towards looking like a 25-year-old. Aamir had initially signed Rahul for a 90-day contract, but given the way the training has progressed, he intends to have Rahul on a payroll even after the shooting of Dangal is complete.”
