It looks like petite beauty Reshmi Menon, who is in the limelight due to her affair with National Award winner Bobby Simha, is getting typecast. We recently saw her playing the role of a mother to a small child in Kirumi.
Now, once again she has been roped in for the horror comedy Bayama Irukku where she essays a young mom. Playing the male lead is Santhosh Prathap of Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam fame. Debutant director Jawahar who wields the mega
phone, says, “The romantic relationship between a boy and a girl after they become united in marriage has been dealt with in a realistic manner.” A house plays an important part in the movie. “As per the script we needed a haunted bungalow and we located one in Kerala which was inside dense woods. There are no proper roads to reach the bungalow. We had to travel by boat for three hours to reach the location. It was a challenging shooting schedule.”
While Naan Kadavul Rajendhran who is on a career high, will be seen in a new avatar in the film, ace comedian Kovai Sarala dons the role of a saint.
