Asks voters to wipe out government which believes in black magic

Patna: After a gap of almost two weeks Prime Minister Narendra Modi kick started his election campaign blitzkrieg on Sunday for the remaining three phases of assembly polls and attacked Nitish Kumar and Lalu Yadav for promoting black magic to win election in Bihar.
Claiming that BJP’s only motto was the development of the state he urged the masses to “wipe out a government which believed and promoted black magic”. He said his cabinet has already worked out plans for the development of all northern states which includes Bihar.
The PM disclosed that he has come with a six-point program, he said three out of six programs will focus on “Kamai, Padhai and Dawai (employment, education and health) while another three will focus on construction of roads, electricity and water.
