Six debt-ridden farmers end life across Telangana
Kanukuntla Ramulu, 55, of Rayaparthi mandal consumed pesticide
Hyderabad: As many as six more farmers ended their life in Telangana State on Wednesday, due to crop failure and mounting debts.
In Warangal district, Kanukuntla Ramulu, 55, of Rayaparthi mandal consumed pesticide after his cotton crop failed. In Medak district, Shekar, 25, of Chinnashankarampet mandal, hanged himself from a tree in his agriculture field.
Kaavati Mallaiah, 35, of Gundala mandal in Nalgonda district committed suicide by setting himself on fire. Jogu Bhaskar, 34, of Mothkur mandal from the same district ended his life by hanging himself.
In Nizamabad district, Dasari Rajender, 50, committed suicide in Balkonda. He hailed from Adilabad district. Kurma Chinamallaiah, 55, of Borgam mandal in Nizamabad district committed suicide by hanging himself.
